Guided by Chef Richard Sandoval and Head of Mixology Riesler Morales, guests will experience 8 moon phase–inspired tasting-size cocktails and a 3-course tasting menu, each embodying a distinct lunar phase—from the New Moon’s Seeds of Intention to the Waning Crescent’s Release & Renewal. The evening weaves together storytelling, intention, and culinary craft under the moon’s timeless rhythm.
