INGREDIENTS

-       2 oz. Mezcal (we recommend 100 Conejos Espadin)
-       1 bar spoon of simple syrup
-       3 dashes Bittermen’s aromatic bitters
-       2 dahes Bitterman’s mole bitters

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Sir until chilled. Strain and serve into a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with a zest of lemon or orange. ¡Salud!
