Carrot Margarita

Hop into Spring with this festive carrot margarita by Chef Richard Sandoval. ¡Salud!

 Ingredients

·       1 ½ oz. Blanco Tequila

·       ¾ oz. Lemon juice

·       ½ oz. Carrot juice

·       ¾ oz. Simple syrup

·       2 cucumber coins

To Garnish:

  • Tajín or Sal de Gusano

  • Cucumber Ribbon

Instructions

Muddle 2 cucumber coins in a shaker. Add tequila, lemon juice, carrot juice and simple syrup.

Shake & strain into a old fashioned glass rimmed with tajín or sal de gusano. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.
