Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar, a collaboration with celebrity chef, Richard Sandoval will feature a menu of Pan Latin cuisine, which artfully combines the distinct flavors of South and Central America with ingredients rooted in the Japanese and Chinese Peruvian cultures. The restaurant’s décor is casually sophisticated. Toro combines a warm, rustic feel with modern industrial finishes. One of the best kept secrets about the restaurant location is its' spacious patio with breathtaking views of the McDowell Mountain range overlooking TPC Scottsdale Stadium course’s 18th hole.
A signature experience at Toro is the suviche bar (sushi and ceviche), a raw bar combining Asian and Latin influences in seafood preparation and flavor. With over 105 rums, Toro will boast the Valley’s largest selection of rums available for tastings along with a collection of Latin wines and innovative cocktails prepared with the finest spirits.
