TAMAL FESTIVAL
February
Mexican tradition states that on Dia de Reyes, all enjoy a special bread, containing a hidden doll. He who finds the doll hosts a Tamal Party in February.
Inspired by this tradition, La Sandia will host the First Annual Tamal Festival during the entire month of February.
Taste 7 featured regional Tamales served alongside seasonal cocktails crafted by Chef Richard Sandoval.
